Reflection On Capstone Project

The capstone project, the word that I never heard before. When I was enrolled in this subject, I even don't know why this subject is the link to the business course and I have no idea what to do in this subject. Since this is the last semester for me in INTI Subang, I know that I must be working hard to pass this subject and graduate from INTI. Because of no concept about the capstone project, I think this subject may difficult to pass and have a lot of paper works. The things only I can do are using my knowledge in the business properly and work hard to do better in this subject.

During my experience from this project, I know that this project is 100% based on course work which means not having a final exam. I work hard in research and make sure the information that I found links to the project. I and my groupmates need to create a business plan or proposal for a company. However, there is a challenge that we faced, difficult in searching for information and this kind of challenge makes me feel stress. Fortunately, I have a group that would like to discuss the problem and solved it together. It helps a lot in doing this project and I can share the question to the group to get a solution from other members. In this project, I had used my knowledge that gains from INTI and apply it to this project.

Lastly, I realize that this subject having more fun compare with other subjects. This subject includes the interaction between groupmates, not only focus on the study. It is very fun for me to communicate with other members and sometimes will have a joke, I enjoy this process. This subject teaches me how to solve the problem. I can think critically and analyze the problem from each angle so that I can look at it objectively. I have learned more knowledge about the logistics industry in this project. I learn what technology used by the logistics industry and how technology is using in the logistics industry. Also, an overview of the logistics industry and trends of the logistics industry. As I am a business student and may begin employment in the business field, this kind of knowledge had provided career development for me which is useful in future employment.
